Automatically Cancel Tentative Events

Now you can choose to automatically move tentative events (those in Lead, Qualified and Proposal Sent) to Lost after their event date has passed to keep your calendar less cluttered and your report data more accurate.

Go to Settings>Venue Details and find this checkbox under Event Settings.
