You can now insert custom fields as smart fields in:
- Email Templates– Personalize templates with the data that matters most to your organization.
- One-Off Emails– Add custom field values when composing and sending emails.
- Policies– Automatically populate policy documents with custom field information.
- Custom Docs(Enterprise only)– Use custom fields to dynamically generate tailored documents at scale.
This update makes it easier to keep your communications and documents accurate, personalized, and up to date—without manual data entry.
Simply select a smart field while editing your content, and your custom fields will be available alongside existing smart field options.
