✨ Inbox Updates: Drafts & Archive

We've made a couple of improvements to your inbox to help you stay organized and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
📝 Drafts
You can now access a Drafts
 tab that stores any emails you've started but haven't sent yet. Drafts are saved per user, so you'll only see your own unfinished emails. This makes it easy to pick up where you left off without worrying about losing your work.
📥 Archive
You can also now archive conversations
 to keep your inbox focused on the messages that need your attention. Archived conversations are shared at the venue level, so everyone on your team sees the same archived state.
Don't worry about missing new replies - if a guest responds to an archived conversation, it will automatically move back into your inbox so it's easy to spot and respond.
