Claudia Gomez correct, this is only for internal purposes and just appears on the Email tab, as well as updating the Last Contacted date on the main event dashboard. None of it is visible to guests.

Anna Western so sad this is only for premium members. Marking ways of contact and last contacted is crucial in almost every event position so to give it only to the premium plan is super disappointing.

please please please add the ability to log a phone call or an in-person walk in as a means of communication. Only having "last emailed" isn't super helpful when tracking your teams follow ups etc.

I would really really love to be able to track voicemails I leave, in person meetings, phone calls etc. so that the last contacted gets tracked. Right now I am writing it in the notes but I still have to click into the event in order to see if I contacted them. Would love just a little column on the dashboard that says "last contacted" vs just "last emailed"

Id like to be able to see the sales process of the lead with phone call logs and times, text messages sent so we can see the progress of the lead so if another member takes over they know whats transpired to that point.

As a workaround, we have been sending an email in the tread to just ourselves in order to log phone communication. That way, we can use the "last emailed" feature to see when the customer was last contacted, whether it was via email, phone, or meeting.
