Integration with Square Ticketed Events

Integrating Square-based ticket sales for internal events directly into Perfect Venue for guest tracking

Assign Tasks to Multiple People

Ability to add multiple owners to a task.

Ability to have auto schedule payment installments when proposal is signed.

With weddings, there are typically installments where it's 50% of the remaining balance due x days before event and then a final remaining balance payment. Don't want to have to manually schedule and calculate it each time.

Ability to edit subject lines/headers of all emails including system emails

Task completion timestamp

Would be helpful to see when a task was completed. once completed the due date remains and the clock keeps ticking. Once completed if it could be marked don with the date and time and by who--THAT would rule! THANKS

It'd be great to have an option to BCC our team members whose contact information we don't want to share with the client but who we want to be in the loop.

Ability to text customers

Include link to event in task notification email

Default tasks view to be "My incomplete tasks"

Ability to Change Fonts + Colors on Custom Docs Menus

Menu fonts are too small, cannot bold category headers within FOOD or BEVERAGE
