Customer would like the ability to create their own custom statuses.

Add a Toast integration so that payments and events in Perfect Venue are better integrated with Toast.

Ability to change fonts and colors to fit the branding for your company so it looks less generic and more personalized.

Chic Chef Catering would like leads that come in from Wedding Wire & The Knot to receive an auto reply email.

We want to pull a report within "contacts" to show total touches, the lead lifecycle from lead to close, time it took to confirm event. Thinking adding touches, lifecycle details to the dashboard as well for a quick glance. Also thinking of listing total touches in the email threads, ex: From You: # From (Client Name): #.

We need to be able to send back the proposal(Contract) with our signature as well.

One thing we love about the system we switched from is the look of the BEO. It is so clean and visually appealing. It very easy for staff to follow because of the boxes and each menu type is in it's own box. I like how the category is listed just one time as a header instead of repeating on each line. I am attaching a sample :)
