Request to allow users to submit Marketplace booking requests without being required to log in, even if their email has been previously recognized in the system. Jiashun from Eltuek Arts Centre raised that the current login requirement is creating confusion and friction for clients who were previously able to submit inquiries without an account. Adding a “Continue as Guest” option would reduce booking barriers, improve conversion, and minimize login-related support issues.

The ability to create a custom field in the "personalized" tab in email settings

Some venues have repeat groups come in every week on the same day, same time, Wants to automate through recurring events by creating the event versus just a note

Someone who can edit details only to events that they are made the owner on. Not change multiple events or change any settings.

It would be nice to have a report that shows the field "where did you hear about us" as well as "promo code" so we can track the success of different campaigns

Request to add the ability to create and apply discount/coupon codes within Perfect Venue that can be used during Express Book checkout. Venues would like the ability to: Create custom discount/coupon codes (percentage or flat amount) Set expiration dates or usage limits Allow guests to enter codes during Express Book checkout Track discount/coupon usage in reporting

Give guests the ability to choose which option they want and select it without needing to ask the venue to change it.

I really need the ability to edit the subject line of emails OR if the system can automatically say 'Your event on [event date] with [venue name]' that would be EVEN BETTER! We just have too many requests and I'm often viewing them from emails, so would be helpful to scan the subject lines for dates instead of clicking into each one.

Currently, only one contact can sign an agreement per proposal. Some venues require multiple parties (e.g., spouses, co-hosts, corporate representatives) to sign the same contract. Requesting the ability to collect multiple signatures within a single agreement flow, without needing to use the “Re-sign Agreement” workaround. This would: Streamline the signing process Reduce manual follow-up Improve client experience Better support venues with stricter or multi-party contracts Ideally, this would allow multiple designated signers to receive and complete the agreement within the same proposal.
