Customer would like the ability to create their own custom statuses.

Be able to have different contact form responses based on the type of event ie: weddings will get the wedding packages and corporate will get the corporate packages.

"Portal" seems to better represent what the guest's link actually is

When adding a "Log Activity" in our inbox, it would be awesome to be able to use one of our templates that we use in our notes. I was logging our client calls in our notes before this feature and I have a template for that purpose. Would love to be able to use it when I "Log Activity"

Ability to search contacts by email domain within the Contacts tab—like @ bu.edu or @ law.harvard.edu . Right now, search only works by name, but being able to filter by domain would make it a lot easier for them to find and manage certain groups of contacts.

Add Strikethrough for Emails

Ability to change the system emails (ex. Contact Form Response) to different templates depending on the Event type. For example, allowing you to include Catering menu if event type is Catering, or regular menu for venue buyout.
