Have a general inbox for team messages like there is for emails

Give more control over what each role type can do and see. For our purposes, it would be nice to have certain users be able to view and do more with the limited user role, but still not be able to see financials.

We have event deadlines for smaller events 3-5 days prior to event date and would like to lock upon request or with more flexibility

Be able to have different contact form responses based on the type of event ie: weddings will get the wedding packages and corporate will get the corporate packages.

Use the zapier email parser to pull data from leads coming from other platforms such as eventective, zola, and from planners/promoters that send us leads.

The Brick Iron has a lot of in-house rentals like tables, chairs, and linens, and would like to be able to set a par of these so they know how many are in use per event base on their inventory in-house. i.e. when you create a menu items (i.e. 60" table rental, be able to add total quantity in-house as a part number like "10" and if an event tries to book 12 of them, it will flag or show an error. Additionally, if one event reserves 8 and another event reserves 4 on the same day at the same time, it won't let you book them for the newer event (it will flag a message like 2 available ))

Wants to be able to create custom documents in additional to the BEO's such as Staff Sheet, Expo Sheet, etc. that are more specific

It would be nice to also have a dedicated integration between Perfect Venue and Quickbooks to push additional transaction information into Quickbooks (sales categories, item level (SKU) reporting, etc).

We do quite a bit of catering, particularly in December, and need to run reports for prep and ordering. We currently use TripleSeat and they lack those reports so we enter each order into our POS (Toast). Toast has this nice feature but this requires double entry and Toast has limited capabilities for CRM.

When duplicating an event, the menu items pull in a random order instead of pulling in the same order they were in the original event
