I would like to use the add-on option for upselling. What I would like to see if a notification by text/email of when an upsell has been added so I can prepare for it. Solution?---- [Client - Event Date - AddOn] Added to the invoice that would auto move them back to having a "remaining balance". Also, I have a package with color/centerpiece options. Clients at times do not select an option (ex Linen Color) given to them on the proposal. There is no notification sent to the client to choose their "linen color" option or no notification to me that no choice option was selected by the client. Solution? --- Client End PopUp notification of the required missing fields need to be completed before submitting AND/OR Notification to PV user or ColorCode the event on the calendar along with a notification to PV user. In addition, have an option to lock the add-on/change selection to ensure things are not changed last minute by the client days before an event without verbal communication or manual change from a PV authorized user.
