Vendors often send me Certificates of Insurance and Signed Vendor Forms. However, they name the files strangely; ie. 2025-04-10.pdf, etc. It would be AMAZING if we could edit the file names of docs saved in the BEO & DOCS section. For example, I could change the file name from 2025-04-10.pdf to Photographer_COI.pdf or Photographer_VendorForm_SIGNED.pdf. Then it would be very easy to click on that tab and see at a glance what docs I already have saved. Does that make sense? Currently I'm forced to download it, change the name, and then re-upload it. Then, duplicate files are there with different names. Not very efficient. :)
