Feature Requests

We'd like there to be a "log" tab within events, similar to the email tab, but it just holds the logged activity. We still want the logged activity to live in the email thread, but it would be nice to have a separate tab as it can sometimes get lost in the email thread

Customer would like the ability to create their own custom statuses.

Weve had some people call us saying they never got an email back from us but we have sent them multiple emails. They checked their spam folders/junk/ and all the places but its not in their email. what can we do?

When changing the event date, if I change the start date to be later than the end date, it would be great if it would just change the second date instead of erroring out and doing nothing.

Have a general inbox for team messages like there is for emails

Ability to create separate invoices/BEO for one event. ie. multiple quotes for different menus under same event. or separate invoice for Audio Visual or Valet charge etc.

ability to email a guest documents straight from the BEO & Docs page without having to download them.

The new Invoice looks great, but we have payments made to a different name than our venue name. I would love to be able to add a "Payable To" field in Settings to enter the company info that the client sees on the invoice thats not the same, sorta like how a Shipping address is not the same as a billing address. This is how it works for invoicing for us.
