Item Details in Square Integration
I would like the integration with Square to include item details in the transactions, not just the payment amounts. This would help in tracking and managing sales more effectively within the Square platform.

Email Response Rate on reports
Email Response time is a big KPI for sales - why are we not able to see that on the report. Or to see client response rate to determine lead strength on reports?

Lost Lead Defaults
We now have the option to mark leads as lost when the event date has expired but we don't have the option to set a default reason - it would be helpful when creating sales reports to show that the lead was unresponsive

Allow Guest to Choose Between ACH (E-Check) Transfer or Credit Card
Give guests the ability to choose which option they want and select it without needing to ask the venue to change it.

Show choices & add-ons in Proposals Report
Currently, if a package with choices and add-ons has been added into a proposal, we only report on the overall menu item, we can't see what was selected within that package- which would be extremely useful to see what items are most popular!

Add Guest's Full Name to Personalize in Policies
