Feature Requests

Currently, only the primary contact is displayed on Proposals and BEOs. Carolyn from Gotts would like to have this feature considered—requesting that all associated contact names and their details be shown on these documents.

When I change a proposal it would be nice to be able to look back at the original

Be able to make changes within the invoice such as adding addresses etc.

It would be really convenient to be able to see the category summary totals on the proposal screen instead of having to open a beo to find those numbers!

I think it would be cool to have an option to send to the same person 2 or 3 different proposals so they (and us) could compare the cost with different set ups, or a different menu, a different room or different date. Instead of having to create 2 or 3 different events with the same client with different email chains... if you know what I mean.

Regarding the documents, I’d like the file name to include something from the event. So for example, every time I download a BEO for an event, my computer just tack on a (1) or a (2) because every file from PV has just the document title rather than any identifying event information. Could it at least pull the event date? And or title? So, I’d love to see, as an option: 4.4.24 Washington University Peripheral Nerve Course Surgeon Dinner BEO rather than just “BEO.”

We need to be able to send back the proposal(Contract) with our signature as well.

(for venues who will not be taking online payments) ability to have it be on sign agreement only ability to have the default be no action after they sign (not pay deposit)
