Feature Requests

Having the new emails all the way at the bottom and needing to scroll should be opposite! Unread emails should be at the top, followed by all of the previously opened and sent emails.

We often have guests cc their wedding coordinator on emails but their email does not show up on perfect venue for us to see.

It would be very useful if incoming event inquiries could be automatically assigned an owner based on certain criteria. Specifically, for our business, different people handle different events based on the space selected. Number of guests or event type could also potentially be good ways to assign event owners, although less useful for us. This would be amazing!

We'd like to be able to turn off the contact form response all together but still have guests fill out the contact form

Add a "View" link to eliminate the need to to download the doc every time you want to view it

I'd like to be able to have my signature that is under my profile attach to the contact form response email

Add Strikethrough for Emails

More inbox management tools to keep track of which leads need to be responded to and when, using Tasks for that is to heavy, should just be able to bucket or tag emails somehow

Ability to have Automated Email Reminders to guests be triggered by status changes, ex. moving event to Lost triggers email with its own template. Moving event to Confirmed sends email with next steps.
