Ability to have emails bulleted and indented

Love an archive option to move emails out of the inbox!!

Be able to organize email templates in folders and/or sort them so that they are better organized.

We need perfect venue to be able to better communicate emails sent from any platform to the email thread. Currently we receive communication that is from the client sent to perfect venue however replies are not linked. It would be nice to be able to see the entire thread when an email is responded to or received, that way a response is not duplicated to the client, through email and also through the software email.

More inbox management tools to keep track of which leads need to be responded to and when, using Tasks for that is to heavy, should just be able to bucket or tag emails somehow

when you are typing and the text prediction pops up, when you choose to use one of the options it adds the word combine with what you have already typed

It'd be great if you started typing the e-mail address of another Perfect Venue user at your venue it would auto-populate into the messages.

We often have guests cc their wedding coordinator on emails but their email does not show up on perfect venue for us to see.
