Expanding on the new ability to have multiple policies it would be helpful to be able to have an option to assign the automated reminders based on policy assigned to an event!

I would like to see the AI integration expanded beyond just emails to other aspects of the platform, such as analyzing customer profiles and suggesting best pathways for progress.

Can we use logged activities as triggers for automations?

Automatically change status from confirmed to completed after the date has passed. If it was cancelled it is easier to manually go back and cancel one event

For example: -If we don't hear from a guest for 4 days, we want to be able to automatically send an email to see if they are still interested.

Ferry Building would like guests who inquire through Availability Check to receive an automated email similar to when guests inquire through the contact form

Ability to have automated emails tied to spaces as well as statuses

Be able to auto assign events to specific team members based on the type of the event (in our case, by space requested)
