For example: -If we don't hear from a guest for 4 days, we want to be able to automatically send an email to see if they are still interested.

For example, sending a marketing email a few days before the last time they dined last year for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Automatically change status from confirmed to completed after the date has passed. If it was cancelled it is easier to manually go back and cancel one event

anyway to add a planner so their emails get linked into an event. I add them as a contact on the event but the emails do not link in?

is there anyway for a planner to be added to a file and the emails to automatically get tracked into that event? Right now I can add a planner to the contacts but the emails dont seem to integrate automatically?
