This is exactly what I came on here to request. I'd love the ability to change the "after/before" criteria to allow emails based on actions, like mentioned here- so many days after we responded to the lead for a follow up to go to those who haven't replied.

When there is no action taken on a proposal sent, an automated reminder email to pay or sign agreement would be helpful.

Right now, it looks like you can automate emails only in reference to the event date (days before or after) but there is a big need to send automated reminders after the proposal has been sent.

Extending the automated email functionality would be extremely helpful (and make you guys a lot stickier for your customer base)
Most likely the most important reference for most businesses will be:
Days After FROM First Contact
The purpose would be to have a Lead follow up email automatically go out on say the 5th day.
Secondary most desired functionality would likely be Upon Status Change, i.e. from Lead to Confirmed, etc. Without the Days before or Days After.
