There needs to be notifications that an email that has been drafted has not been sent, is still sending, etc. This is having a MAJOR impact on our business. I have never, once, been told I lack communication, but since using PV, I've have numerous complaints. there are times I need to switch out of an event I'm drafting an email in to answer a question or call and by the time I'm done with the call, I forget I'm drafting an email. This needs to be rectified IMMEDIATELY or you will be losing a customer.
