You can add the FAQs in there and also have real people on stand by to answer questions and put people in a queue where they can see how many people ahead of them there are. You can put certain working hours on the bot as well so any requests you miss you can have submit their issue so you can respond via email the following business day. There are tools for things like this such as ManyChats and ZenDesk.
