I think it would be cool to have an option to send to the same person 2 or 3 different proposals so they (and us) could compare the cost with different set ups, or a different menu, a different room or different date. Instead of having to create 2 or 3 different events with the same client with different email chains... if you know what I mean.

This would definitely be enormously helpful for us! We offer both a la carte and all-inclusive packages and more times than not, clients want to see an event quoted both ways.

We have tour groups that come in weekly but pay monthly. I need to be able to break the service charges out by event because the people working it are different each time. The number of people also fluctuates so the service charge is different each time. Really would be nice to have the ability to break down events like this into weekly bills but also have a master bill to pay by the month

An option indicating that the client selected a different proposal rather than dropped out completely. Something other than deleting altogether, as there are sometimes emails between separate proposals that are relevant and shouldn't be deleted.

Clients will ask for 2-3 estimates for the same event. Currently we need to duplicate the event and the client will get a new email chain for the 2nd estimate. Not sure if this is possible.
