Feature Requests

I would like an automated email feature that sends a confirmation email with next steps to clients immediately after an event is confirmed. This would help in keeping clients informed and reduce manual follow-up.

Easily log activity! Note: Being able to actually make calls and send texts are a separate feature, this is just logging.

BEO layout: Would like to format the BEO to have the event details and setup notes in the larger section of the body of the page instead of just the left side column. Otherwise, some of our event notes will run for pages in the current set up. BEO text: Would like to have options for text to be bold, italics, underlined to help write clearer notes. BEO font size: Chefs like larger font.

Be able to create and edit room layouts and floor plans in Perfect Venue

Have the Source field automatically populate based on where a lead is coming from like it does for Wedding Wire and The Knot.

I would like to be able to create customized event types so I can add options like youth sports, fundraiser, promotion, etc.

The "remaining balance" is currently showing the "grand total" instead of the real "remaining balance" left for the client to pay.

Would be nice to have a place to put a description for the contact form to help with further instructions. Ex. Under start and end time be able to put (this should include set up and tear down time)
