Can the discount amount be a % of the sub totaled contract. It would be helpful if it would reduce the tax & tip off of the discounted amount.

Most discounts are percentage based. Would like to be able to apply a 15% discount to a subtotal . Would also like to be able to apply a discount to induvial items.
