Hi product team, any update on this feature request? Custom statuses are critical for keeping leads organized at scale. Having a static pipeline is challenging.

Would love for buttons to say Contract out, follow up, hot lead, etc so we know what stage the lead is currently at

Need the ability to customize the status. Many of our events have a payment schedule and there is currently no way to filter out upcoming payments. Being able to set our own status categories would take care of a lot of these status issues.

We often have events that need to reschedule, but don't have a new date right away, so I like to simply put the event on pause instead of cancelling or deleting. Currently, I just add "Rescheduling" in front of the event name, but would love a way to put them in an actual "rescheduling" stage. It could possibly be an event status?

Yes please! we need a status for "not an event" or "walk in" And also the ability to archive leads so that they don't show in our list anymore but we still save all the lead info should we need to refer to it, that would be great too
