Looking to have additional status options and the ability to customize status options. Suggestions for additional status options might be "DEPOSIT DUE", "CONTACTED".

Yes please! we need a status for "not an event" or "walk in" And also the ability to archive leads so that they don't show in our list anymore but we still save all the lead info should we need to refer to it, that would be great too

We would love some custom status options. to list a few examples:

*"NOT A FIT" (rather than cancelled) as they don't fit within an acceptable timeframe or the group is too small or larger than we can accomodate. That way they aren't buried amongst the others and if they come back with alternative dates or size of party we can easily fit them in.

*Love the "Waitlist" -- someone cancels and we know to contact them if that happens.

*"Confirmed-GUEST # UPDATE"- LOTS of groups give us a range of people that we need an update for.

*Would also like "Confirmed- Need Selections" as we have requests for the end of the year, but they aren't ready to select food items yet.

* "CONFIRMED--FINALIZED CATERING"

More steps for catered food so it would be good to have a status that the group will be getting catered food and it stands out!

Yes! This would be so great. I will second Madison's comment. It would be awesome have something after confirmed that indicates we have finalized menu and all event details. Maybe something like "Event Order Finalized" or "Completed Event Order" etc etc.
