📑 Invoice Numbers & Invoice Improvements

New: Invoice Numbers!
Events are now automatically assigned an invoice number when created. Numbers start at PV-0000001 for the first event in each organization and increase sequentially.
Where they appear
PDF documents (BEOs, Invoices, etc.) in the top right corner
Events Report and Payments Report
Payment integrations
Invoice numbers are now included in guest payment descriptions sent to Stripe and Square, making it easier to match payments to events. For Stripe payments, the invoice number is also included in the payment metadata.
Improved: A More “Official” Looking Invoice
We’ve also refreshed the Invoice PDF layout to look more like a standard invoice.
It now includes:
Payable To
 — Venue name and address (pulled from Settings → Venue Details)
Bill To
 — Primary contact details including name, account, email, phone, and address (pulled from the Primary Contact record)
