We would love to add a small form/questionnaire to our email sent to the organizer post-event, to get feedback on each event. We'd like to analyze the data regularly so we need some kind of structure, and not just text feedback, rather answer to questions.

This is now available for all venues!
How does it work?
1 day after an event is completed, guests receive an email prompting them to leave a review.
Reviews include a star rating, public feedback, and private feedback (private goes only to your team).
You can opt into an email notification whenever new feedback is submitted.
Under Settings → Email → Customer Feedback & Reviews, you can:
Turn feedback request emails on/off
Choose whether public reviews appear on your Marketplace profile
Under Profile → Notifications, you can:
Enable/disable notifications for new reviews

I think it would be great to have a survey form that you can attached to an automated message once an event is marked completed

I added in an automatic email that's sent 2 days after the event with a link to a google form for feedback!
