This is now available for all venues!
How does it work?
1 day after an event is completed, guests receive an email prompting them to leave a review.
Reviews include a star rating, public feedback, and private feedback (private goes only to your team).
You can opt into an email notification whenever new feedback is submitted.
Under Settings → Email → Customer Feedback & Reviews, you can:
Turn feedback request emails on/off
Choose whether public reviews appear on your Marketplace profile
Under Profile → Notifications, you can:
Enable/disable notifications for new reviews

I think it would be great to have a survey form that you can attached to an automated message once an event is marked completed

I added in an automatic email that's sent 2 days after the event with a link to a google form for feedback!
