More inbox management tools to keep track of which leads need to be responded to and when, using Tasks for that is to heavy, should just be able to bucket or tag emails somehow

Inbox Organization: Draft tags, changes to time/date stamps

Would love to see lots of changes to the functionality of the the Inbox

would love to see the date/time stamp on the right side reflect the last communication, not just the last outgoing email
would love a "draft" flag to avoid missed sends
the ability to filter and sort by criteria (space, date, event name, etc.) would be great
