Add Documents to the paperclip attachment in emails

When you click on the paperclip attachment when sending an email, it would be great if in addition to being able to upload documents from your computer, you could also select from documents uploaded to the document library as well as client facing documents for that specific event (Event Summary, Invoice, and Guest Menu)

Currently when I want to send an event invoice to the client, I have to save it to my computer and then attach it. Is there a way to make the invoice automatically save to the event so it is on the drop down menu when I click on the attachment button.
In addition, if I do an add on charge - like a tip for an instructor - when I complete the payment, it doesn't give me the check-box option to email a copy of the charge to the client. Can that be an option for all payments made?

It would reduce the many steps of downloading an invoice, saving it and attaching it to send to a client.

After a guest chooses their selection, sending an email template that links to their invoice by using the "personalize" smart fields would be helpful
