I’d like to suggest a small but valuable improvement to the automated reminder system.
Right now, I can set emails to send when a proposal is sent in relation to the event date, but this assumes an event has already been confirmed. In reality, we often send proposals before the event date is locked in — and need to follow up on them to secure a deposit and confirm the booking.
Feature Request:
Please allow for reminders to be triggered based on [Proposal Sent] + [X days after], regardless of the event date.
Suggested format:
“Send email when event is [Proposal Sent] and [X days] [after] the [Proposal Sent Date] for [All Events]”
This would make it much easier to automate proposal follow-up and avoid manual outreach. It’s especially helpful for service-based businesses that book out high-demand dates and require deposits before confirming.

Would love to see an Automated Email sent to clients when they sign their agreement and deposit!

Once a client has paid their deposit and signed their agreement, it would be nice to have a confirmation email go to my client as they are never sure if it has been received on our end and this would give them a peace of mind.
