I would LOVE to use Automated Reminder Emails more, but we have such a variety of event types, that it stops us from using this feature and we manually send the emails to do check ins leading up to events. Depending on the type of event/package, I need my guests to do different things and they have different timelines that things need to be done. We host everything from kids birthday parties, to field trips, family gatherings, massive corporate events, etc etc. I would like to be able to label an event as ABC type and then have an automated reminder email that goes out for that specific event with it's own timeline. Thank you!
