Automated Lead Alerts - Stagnant

Our venues could benefit from automated alerts when leads have been stagnant(7+ days). This would help to ensure they are capturing all possible revenue and help with overall pipeline cleanliness. This could be extremely useful for owners or event managers who are not directly involved in the day to day booking process for oversight.
A couple of ways to possibly achieve this would be:
- direct notification within sales pipeline
- include a list of stagnant leads in weekly digest
