It would be awesome to add automated tasks based on Venue instead of just by event type - ie: We need special set-up for one venue that requires a two-week notice that doesn't apply to any other venue.

All automated tasks are based on venue! We don't offer organization-level automated tasks, so you have to set them up on a venue-by-venue basis. If you want the task to apply to all event types, select "All Events" in the event type dropdown when you're setting up the task.
