Be Able to Enter Partial (ie 1.5) Quantities

In addition to food and inventory, I'm using perfect venue for invoicing staff hours. Not being able to charge a client for anything other than whole numbers is going to be a huge problem for a few of my clients who like to keep track of every minute. I pay for a time tracking platform for this reason exactly.
The worse part is the only person who gets hurt here is the company utilizing the platform because we cant charge our client for a half hour, sometimes costing anywhere between $20-$35/half hour for every position, and I still have to pay the position adding $15-$20/half hour equaling $35-$55/half hour I cant charge a client. I could be missing out of $100+ per proposal (and paying .3% to use the proposal platform after paying $220/month) easily if the hours aren't perfectly rounded and multiple positions were booked or I have to overcharge the client....that'll be fun. :/
Is there a workaround to prevent this from taking such a financial toll? It was a big decision for us to take on the monthly cost of perfect venue, every dollar counts for us right now. Very disheartening to see this was addressed in 2021 with no fixes. I hope I haven't made a mistake making the switch. Everything has been amazing so far. This seems like such a small and obvious fix. -.- I'm already going to be out $39 on one of my first invoices through the platform. Thats nearly 20% of my monthly cost.
I would assume this would also smudge my hours if I were to move old invoices over to the system as I wouldn't be able to input fractional hours.
I feel like this is a platform for big businesses with massive budgets who don't mind smudging the bottom line but for small new businesses this adds (potentially) significant strain/complications for no real reason aside from personal preference of the programmer. What about the user? :)

Menu Items - Half hour increments and round up

Menu Items that are calculated Hourly - round down to the nearest hour. So, someone can book 2 hours and 45 minutes, but only pay for 2 hours.
Usually an hourly item if booked would be charged for the next hour that you are using. So, if you book for 2.45 hours, you are charged for 3.
You could also charge on half hour increments, and instead of charging 3 hours for a 2.5 hours of usage, multiply the hourly charge by 2.5. You could allow decimals in the text box to multiply by the hourly charge.
Or, simply limit people's ability to choose the smaller increments of time! Don't let people choose 2 hours and 45 minutes. They must choose 2 hours, or 3 hours.

Add half values to packages on proposal

The Attic offers stations for increments of 50 people at a flat fee (i.e. Taco bar serves 50 for $500). For 75 guests, they'd like to be able to change the quantity from 1 to 1.5. Currently can only go in whole number increments. Would rather do this than price per person.
