I would really really love to be able to track voicemails I leave, in person meetings, phone calls etc. so that the last contacted gets tracked. Right now I am writing it in the notes but I still have to click into the event in order to see if I contacted them. Would love just a little column on the dashboard that says "last contacted" vs just "last emailed"

Id like to be able to see the sales process of the lead with phone call logs and times, text messages sent so we can see the progress of the lead so if another member takes over they know whats transpired to that point.

As a workaround, we have been sending an email in the tread to just ourselves in order to log phone communication. That way, we can use the "last emailed" feature to see when the customer was last contacted, whether it was via email, phone, or meeting.
