Ability for customers to make future payments on the portal without us having to manually trigger them
In surveying the team and even asking a few couples that were here for site visits over the last few days, the preference is to not have credit cards scheduled, rather the ability for them to make the payment on their own.
The primary reason is we are finding a high percentage of where parents or others are making some of the payments; thus easier for the couple to manage who is making what payment on the portal.
