Any update on this? We're still unable to use the automated tasks function because of the event types.

Need to add non-Tax to event types. Would like the ability to customize.

I would like to be able to customize event types. For example, we have different policies during graduation season, due to the demand and popularity of that time of year. At the very least, would love for you to add an event type called "graduation" - Hannah W.

Still hoping to see this, especially with automated tasks. There are different tasks for internal vs external catering events and would love to specify.

This would be helpful as there are a lot of event types we use that are not on there.

Customizing event types would give us more capacity to compare how many bookings are coming from non-profits (discounted rate on venue rentals), building tenants (discounted, also tracking tenant engagement), and internal bookings (no cost for venues). This would make it easier for us to track the full value of our in-kind donations, both partial and full.
