We need perfect venue to be able to better communicate emails sent from any platform to the email thread. Currently we receive communication that is from the client sent to perfect venue however replies are not linked. It would be nice to be able to see the entire thread when an email is responded to or received, that way a response is not duplicated to the client, through email and also through the software email.

It seems that sometimes when a client responds, it shows after my email, but sometimes shows above it. I'd like it to keep going in order vs having to scroll up to see their response. Is there a setting that I am missing to implement this?

We need to be able to change the order of the emails in an event. We have long communication threads and have to scroll A-L-L the way to the bottom to see the most recent email, instead of it appearing at the top.

Having the new emails all the way at the bottom and needing to scroll should be opposite! Unread emails should be at the top, followed by all of the previously opened and sent emails.

Agreed with this! Clients find our communications very confusing and say that everything shows up in a new thread with a single email, instead of one consistent thread.
A HUGE issue for me is that when clients add a new email address to CC on their end, it is not visible to me anywhere on the Perfect Venue platform. When I reached out to support I was told that's just how it is right now - any added email addresses will only be visible to me if the client adds it to the "to" field - so if it ever happens, I have to ask the client to adjust and re-send, which is ridiculous and inconvenient for both me and our clients.

We've received multiple complaints from clients about communication issues, as emails sent through Perfect Venue are not threading correctly, making it difficult to track conversations.
