It could also be cool when you sign up as a user in the system, to have a check-box of what items you want to pull over in addition to confirmed events. Or, assign owners to notes/tours/rehearsals like you do tasks.

When you open the event from a calendar integration, it only has the beo link in the notes/event info. You should make it so you can choose to have the event info like the address for sure as well as customizable for other important info

Just so you are aware, the "Internal Notes" do display in the description of the Google Calendar as well. In general, if someone needs more info than that, we recommend that you add them as a team member in Perfect Venue so they can see all of the event info.

Luke Hutchison: yes I get that, but for someone like me, the point of using this software is to save time and streamline processes. Not having to go in and add extra info that has already been entered by the customer would save time. Thanks!
