Drew Carr: Hi Drew, while we utilize those tabs in that way a little bit, it does not really keep track of the contacts we are making and it isn't very organized at all as it is just one paragraph and cannot be split up at all with date/time stamps. Really what I am looking for is a contact log or for the "last emailed" to really be "last contacted" where it can track phone calls/walk in tours etc. Hope that clears up what I am trying to request!
