I have an automated email asking for the guest count that is scheduled to go to clients 2 weeks before their event. In some cases I've already collected this information from the client and don't need this email to go out. And when it does it makes us look disorganized and has actually confused some clients.
Is there a way this could be queued in my actual emails tab for each client so I can cancel it when needed? or could it ask for a confirmation to send? I don't see any way to disable it event by event but that would be really helpful.
