This is huge for us. We have events who have many items in their timeline: food, timing for different spaces and activities, etc. A timeline would be extremely beneficial and allow us to organize everything visually.

Thank you for the opportunity to give suggestions. I would like to request that email templates not be double spaced. It makes it appear that I do not know how to type - LOL! Also, it spaces out my signature - which has my title, address and website - and makes signatures look unprofessional. Thanks to Perfect Venue - I appreciate this software and the customer service response time is amazing.

I would like to see the following changes and/or additions:
-Internal Notes/ Guest Notes placed on top of page in different format to note current status, what next steps are, etc. ex. "Left voice mail on 2/22/22
-Client Status - Include "In-Process or Pending" , "TBD".
- When sending a proposal or email, would like this to be a pop up screen that allows you to refer back to event info without having to close current email.
-Budget and guest count details only allow numbers to be entered. I would like to be able to add TBD, etc. or ex- 30-40
-Add Set Up time along with Event Start time
-Email formatting, Internal Notes and Guest Notes- Choose font type, size, color, bold etc.
-Redesign/Customize Guest Event Preview
