Some venues have multiple agreement templates per location (buyout, table res, off-site, corporate, etc.), and while a default agreement is automatically selected, it’s easy to accidentally send the wrong one.

It would be really helpful to add a prompt or required confirmation step before sending a proposal that makes the user select (or confirm) the specific agreement being used. Ideally, the proposal couldn’t be sent until an agreement is intentionally chosen.

This would help prevent mistakes and give teams a quick safeguard before proposals go out.
