Hello, I would like to be able to pull a report that tells me how quickly we get back to new inquiries. For some context, one of our measurables linked to success is getting bac to inquiries within 2 hours of when it was made. Instead of going through everyone of the inquires and seeing when we get back to them, I would like to be able to pull a report that tells me the time frame of how long it took us to write and email back to them.
