Track Updates/Change Log through TimeStamps & Users

The account owner needs to have access to this information as we have had several instances where I need to know who made a change to an event and cannot figure it out - when calling PV, they cannot access this information either. Considering shopping around for new software as this is an important feature for our business.

We have several team members and have had several instances where we cannot figure out who sent an email, changed a proposal, etc. We NEED a setting to have leads assigned/owned to an employee...or some kind of drag down that shows a timestamp of who opened the lead last
