Losing leads is different than a cancelled confirmed party.

Would be great to have a place to write notes on each event. I am having to use "messages" to keep track of phone calls/tours/outside emails

The magnifier search tool doesn't allow to search via Account name. We have checks mailed to us, but clients sometime don't include their event name or date. Check only has account name.

Now that the inbox has an "email" like layout, it would be nice to be able to filter and see unread emails vs scrolling to find where the unread email is.
